Average increase of 2.3% 

Tolls on several Portuguese motorways will undergo additional changes in 2026: 

  • A25 will become fully exempt from tolls in 2026.
  • A41, A19 and A8: exemptions will apply specifically to heavy duty transport.
  • Another significant change is the approved exemption for heavy vehicles on the A41 (Porto Outer Regional Ring Road) and on sections of the A19 and A8 in the Leiria region.
