By connecting to or browsing our Mobiles Applications, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted, without limitation or reservation, the personal data and cookies management policy (the “Policy”) and our terms and conditions of use.

AS 24 and you, as the Client, jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data carried out in the context of the management of the Mobile Applications. The Company and you, as the Client, jointly determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data carried out in the context of the management of the Mobile Applications. 2. Recipients of data
In order to carry out the processing provided for in this Charter, your personal data may be communicated to certain departments of the data controller or companies of the TotalEnergies company as well as to certain partners or subcontractors: marketing providers, card manufacturers, service providers for personalising badges.

Each data controller takes appropriate steps to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data, including to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
